# HRMSTONE > Enterprise payroll, HR and time & attendance for large, regulated > organizations across the GCC and MENA. Statutory-accurate, governed by an > audited transaction and approval engine, deeply bilingual (Arabic/English, > Hijri), and deployable as SaaS or fully on-premise for banks and government. This file is for AI agents and crawlers — a concise, machine-readable map of the product and the public site. ## What HRMSTONE is A modular-monolith estate of four products, each a .NET modular monolith with its own PostgreSQL database, sharing one platform (Stoneme): - Payroll — multi-country salary calculation, statutory math, bank files; retroactive and off-cycle runs; per-line calculation logs. - Time & Attendance — schedules, attendance, overtime, leave that feeds payroll. - HR — canonical employee directory, org structure, talent acquisition → onboarding. - Stoneme platform — identity (RBAC + ABAC), the transaction & workflow kernel, documents, country packs, notifications and audit. ## The governance engine Every change is a typed transaction on two axes: workflow status (Draft → Pending → Approved) × posting status (Unposted → Posted). Posted is immutable; corrections are reversing or retroactive entries. Approvals support chains, committees, delegation and escalation. Everything is audited. ## Statutory (MENA & GCC) End-of-service gratuity (tiered slices), social security with authority filing (GOSI, GPSSA, ETA), residence/visa lifecycle (Iqama renewal, exit/re-entry, air tickets), WPS wage-protection bank files, and tax engines — all as versioned, effective-dated country packs. Countries in scope: KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon (Jordan is production-grade; others are flagged until confirmed per authority). ## Localization Five independent axes — UI language, formatting region, calendar (Hijri/Gregorian), timezone, data jurisdiction — resolved per user. Bilingual Arabic/English with full RTL, currency-correct minor units (3-decimal JOD/KWD/BHD/OMR), configurable digit shaping, and bilingual documents. ## Deployment & sovereignty - Managed SaaS — multi-tenant, per-tenant database, region-pinned. - BYO-Database + customer-managed keys — revocable kill-switch. - On-prem / air-gapped — for banks and government; zero standing vendor access. ## Public pages - / — home (redirects to a language: /en or /ar) - /en, /ar — localized home - /en/status, /ar/status — live system status (components, 90-day uptime, incidents) ## Languages - en (English, LTR), ar (Arabic, RTL). The language is the first URL segment. ## Contact - Demo & sales: sales@hrmstone.com - General: hello@hrmstone.com
