These Terms govern your use of the HRMSTONE website. Use of the HRMSTONE platform is governed by the separate master agreement executed between Aqlaan and your organisation, which prevails over these Terms for the service itself.
1. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
2. Intellectual property
The website, its content and the HRMSTONE and Aqlaan marks are owned by Aqlaan or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
3. No warranty
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product descriptions are for general information; specific commitments are set out only in a signed agreement.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqlaan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Liability for the platform is addressed in your master agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
