Payroll that's provably right under change

Run multi-country payroll where every figure is statutory-accurate, every run is reproducible, and a back-dated change computes exact arrears instead of corrupting history.

Retroactive deltas & off-cycle runs

What it does

Payroll

Multi-country salary calculation, statutory math and bank files — retroactive and off-cycle by design.

Deterministic calculation engine

A staged calc pipeline produces per-line logs for every payslip — you can explain any number, down to the rule and rate that produced it.

Statutory math built in

End-of-service gratuity, social security, income tax and authority filing run as versioned, effective-dated country packs — Jordan production-grade, the GCC clearly flagged.

Retroactive & off-cycle runs

Back-date a raise and the engine computes the precise delta as arrears; off-cycle and correction runs sit alongside the regular cycle.

WPS bank files & GL vouchers

Generate Wage Protection System files for KSA/UAE and journal vouchers that bridge straight into your finance system.

Loans, allowances & deductions

Configurable allowance and deduction types, loan schedules with guarantors and settlement stoppers — new components are configuration, not code.

Governed, immutable runs

A payroll run is a transaction: it's drafted, approved and posted. Posted is locked — corrections are reversing entries, never silent edits.

Frequently asked questions

Which countries are supported?

Jordan is production-grade today. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and a generic fallback ship as clearly-flagged packs to be confirmed against each authority (GOSI, GPSSA, ETA, NOSI). Adding a country is a one-file pack drop-in.

How are corrections handled after posting?

Posted payroll is immutable. A correction is a new transaction — a reversing or retroactive entry — so the audit trail and the general ledger always reconcile.

Does it handle three-decimal currencies?

Yes. A currency-aware Money type carries the correct precision — JOD, KWD, BHD and OMR keep three decimals — so payroll never silently rounds wrong.
